Charmy Kaur, a Punjabi kudi, has made a name for herself in Tollywood.
Basics
Charmy Kaur was born on May 17, 1987 in Mumbai, India and finished her schooling from Carmelite Convent English High School, Vasai. She started acting when she was only 15 years old. Her first movie was Nee Thodu Kaavali where she was a house wife.

Movies
Charmy’s first two movies were big flops (Kadal Azhavatillai and Nee Thodu Kaavali) but it gave her recognition in the South Indian Film Industry. She acted in a Malayalam movie Kattuchembakam, and some more Telugu movies like Sri Anjaneyam and Chanti. They did not run successfully and were big failures.

She finally found success with the Telugu movie Gowri and then Mass with Nagarjuna. Her most disappointing movie till now was Anukokunda Oka Roju and her performance was criticized.

Her dancing skills were appreciated in the movie Pournami (2006) and she was also praised for her movies like Chinnodu, Rakhi and Mantra. Some of her recent Telugu movies are Manorama, Sye Aata, Kavya's Diary and Mayagadu.

She has received awards for Best Actress for Mantra and also the Santosham Best Actress Award for Anukokunda Oka Roju.

Arthi Agarwal was born on 5th March in New Jersey, U.S.A. When she was fourteen years old, she got a chance to go on stage with Sunil Shetty. This prompted her to take acting lessons at Cours Florent. She has a sister Adithi, who has also acted in movies like Gangotri.
She married Ujjwal Kumar in 2007.

Arthi Agarwal made her debut in Bollywood with Paagalpan (2001) which went unnoticed. She got an offer to act in the Telugu movie Nuvvu Naaku Nachav (2001), directed by K.Vijaya Bhaskar. She was cast opposite Venkatesh and the movie did well at the box office.
In 2002, she had another hit in hand with Indra, which also starred Sonali Bendre and Chiranjeevi. In Vasantham (2003), she teamed up with Venkatesh again. She played Shriya Saran’s friend in Nenunnanu (2004). She even worked in the Tamil movie Bambara Kannaley (2005).
Her other movies were Narasimhudu (2005), Andala Ramudu (2006) and Gorintaku (2008).

Hansika Pradeep Motwani was born on 9th August 1991 to Pradeep Motwani, a businessman and Mona Motwani, a dermatologist.

Hansika appeared in soaps as Tina in Des Mein Nikkla Hoga Chand, Savri in Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhie Bahu Thi and Kareena/Koyal in Hum Dho Hain Na. She featured in Boogie Woogie and Shaka Laka Boom Boom. She was also seen in movies like Koi Mil Gaya (2003) and Escape from Taliban (2003).

2007 Vaishali, a sanyasin was Hansika’s first lead role in the Telugu movie Desamuduru. She won the Best Female Debut Award – Telugu. She went on to star in Aap Ka Suroor, a muck talked about movie that saw the debut of singer Himesh Reshammiya.
2008 Hansika’s first release was a Kannada movie Bindaas opposite Puneet Rajkumar. Kantri, a Telugu movie, was a hit. Money Hai Tho Honey Hai with Govinda was a flop.
2009 Another Telugu movie Meher Ramesh’s Billa will be her next release.

Mamta Mohandas is a Malayalam Indian film actress and also a playback singer. She has acted in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada movies also.

Mamta Mohandas was born in Bahrain on November 14th 1985. Her schooling was from the Indian School, Bahrain and she later graduated from Mount Carmel, Bangalore. She is trained in Karnatic and Hindustani music. Mamta has tried her hand in modelling for some time. She walked the ramp for the Mysore Maharajah and Raymonds. She has also done some print ads for IBM and Kalyan Kendra.
Mamta owns a Honda CBR 1000RR motorcycle as she loves speed and races on open roads.
She landed in some controversy when she was linked to her co star Suresh Gopi in Lanka.
CAREER
Mamta Mohandas started to work with Hariharan's Malyalam movie Mayookham in 2005. This movie was a flop but Mamta was noticed by all because of the character she played and then appeared in a supporting role in Bus Conductor.
She acted in Madhuchandralekha, Adhbutam and Lanka. She did a Tamil movie Sivapathigaram opposite Vishal Reddy.
Her singing debut was in the movie Rakhee and she received the Filmfare Award for the Best Playback Female Singer(2007) in Telugu. In the Kollywood industry she sang the title song for Kaalai. She was a supporting actress in Yamadonga directed by SS Rajamouli, which proved to be a big hit. She also sang a couple of songs for this movie.
Krishnar, Juna Victory, Kathanayakudu and Homam were some of the movies in which she played the lead roles. Her most recent movie was King where she acted as well as sang the title track. She received praise for both her singing and acting in this movie.
In 2009, she will be seen in Malayalam movies like Passenger, Angel John and Musafir.

Samiksha Singh, from Chandigarh, has mostly appeared in Telugu and Tamil films, with 1 Bollywood movie to her credit as well.
